Can you tell me more about the metal finish options?
Powder Coated Metal (aluminium) is a great modern option for instances where corrosion may be a problem. We can powder coated to the colour of your choice from the Dulux colour range.
The rusty ‘Corten’ is an excellent material choice for adding the rustic feel to your outdoor project. The material is extremely strong and reasonably heavy – perfect for outdoor conditions. Corten comes as plain black looking mild steel and can take up to 3 months to turn rusty by itself in outdoor conditions. We will pre-rust your screen for you. If you would prefer us to leave your Corten screen natural, please advise when using the screen builder under ‘comments’.
Copper screens create wow factor for high end applications and will be delivered raw.
Note: Corten and Aluminium is made from 3mm material, Copper is made from 2.5mm material
Can you help me choose my Powder Coat colour?

Feel free to take a look at the below colour brochures from Dulux, but if you’re still stuck for choosing a colour, choose ‘Unsure’ in the screen builder and we’ll be in touch to help.
Once I’ve placed my order, how long will it take?
Allow 3-6 weeks for delivery dependent on the size and complexity of the project.
What if I want something a little more custom, like my own design?
No problem! Contact us here and let us know what you’re looking for.
I need mounting brackets/posts for my screens, can you help?
We sure can! When making your order using the screen builder, just add what you need in the comments box provided. Alternatively just contact us to talk about your needs.
Do I need folded or unfolded edges on my screen?
Screens can have folded edges, which are 30mm wide and can have predrilled fixing holes for onsite fixing. Folded edges are four folds around the perimeter to gain strength and fixing points.
If you’re not sure, just select ‘Unsure’ when using the screen builder and we’ll be in touch to discuss the application of your screen.
What happens if my screen seems slightly warped?
Occasionally screens may be delivered slightly twisted due to the heat they’re cut at. Because all screens are fixed, the twist can be corrected when fixing.
